I was down in the basement cleaning up and came across some old mags, shooting times, guns and ammo, sof, etc, all from the 80s. I started throwing them in the burning barrel, must have burnt up a couple boxes already, then I thought maybe someone would want these old mags, I must have a 100 plus left, so if anyone wants them PM me otherwise they go in the burning barrel by Saturday or sunday

And I found a couple old pictures of myself with the mags from, I am guessing 87, 30 years ago!! I submit for your amusment.

This picture caught in full recoil was the 454 casull and I suspect (knowing myself back then) that I was firing a extreamly hot hand load, what you cant tell from the pic is with that powerful of load the damn revolver was trying to twist sideways (corkscrew)out of my hand...fun times!

I remember cronying the loads back then and 300 grain slugs at 1900 ftsec (or close to it) comes to mind.....I may be wrong..that was a lifetime ago.
