Now I have a conundrum. I went to get some meds the other day (heart and other), like I do every month. I didn't check at the drugstore, but when I got home and looked at the bottles. The labels say 30 days, but the bottles have 90 days worth in them (I counted) . I am not complaining, I like having extra...I know they cant take them back once they have been dispensed, so I might as well keep them, but I am wondering if their system will catch the mistake? Its been a couple days and they have not called. Anyone know how dispensing system track their product?

peppercorn,

I tried to open the test.jpg document but as it has reported errors, it wouldn't open. I suspect that your numbers were higher and that's why you needed to go back on the medication.

It seems like you have matters in-hand. Hopefully, you will follow your Dr's instructions and eventually will be able to discontinue the medication. I do hope that you will wait for instructions before you do it again.

Stick around. We don't want anything to happen to you... 🙂

Checked with my lady. Were you billed for 90 days or did a 90 day refill, but goofed on the label? If it was a mistake on quantity, they will not likely catch it. If they do, they will call and ask but up to you on your response. Nice having extra supplies of life providing meds, can come in real handy!

What Clarence said...

Guessing they’re not controlled med (narcotics) so it is unlikely that they’ll notice the mistake.

Billed for 30 days worth. I wouldn't mind paying for the extra, but first I might get someone in trouble if I returned to pay extra, and second then they might not want to fill my order for the next 2 months by saying I already have them and then I would be without the extra. I will just keep my mouth shut.

I get to go to the University hospital Tuesday, get to visit a cousin that just had a heart attack at 47. All the Uncles dead of heart attacks, just a group of us cousins left and its our turn to start dying of heart attacks. This one still smoking and drinking hard, I don't see him making the changes needed. Never know though, I will give encouragement but I don't have a lot of hope. I am sure he wont quit the smoking.
