I stopped into Home Despot, got a nasty surprise and no that is not photo shopped, the price is 46 dollars for a sheet of 3/8 osb. 3/8th plywood is 47 dollars a sheet and a single 8 foot 2x4 was 8.40
I would pay 10 dollars for a sheet of 3/8th osb, I might pay up to 12 if I really needed it but 46! No way. It looks like its going to be a few years before I build anything.
