Arguably the best or one of the best, keep out, mutts on the planet. 75kg of power. They love their owners and family to bits, and anyone else can Fxxx off as far as they are concerned. So they say; one of the only breads to somehow have the genetic program to be a guard dog, how they come to that is beyond me, but ha what the hell do I know! I have to but him on a 1.5tone breaking strain chain when someone comes to visit, and when he goes to VET's its mussel time ! If the kids are in the family, and they grow up with them they pussy cats, can do anything to them, but will protect them with his live, same as me and wife! I never taut him a thing, he just seems to know... Not for the inexperienced dog person, if you screw up with one of these breeds, bringing them up, your in some real deep shit! then best get the shotgun out..........

Sorry forgot to mention, Canada, perfect climate for these beasts, they are more than happy to sleep in -30c and a few feet of snow. Well that how cold it get here in the winter. but he does have his own house if he wants to use it. AHHAH Sometimes I have think I loose him, somehow, after it starts to snow, look everywhere; fells asleep and 3.5 feet of snow fell on him, When I shouted for him, all of a sudden it is like king kong come out the ground, there's this huge explosion of snow, and out pops this head, like whats this all about, hahahahh.
Also, before everyone gets confused! Should have mentioned, this pic (jpeg) is Not Boris, its his dad, But 98% the same, just having problem finding up-to date pics of him.. found some pics of his dad and mother. so used them, but have a funny little film of him when he was 8 weeks old.

We are in Bulgaria, here there is I think only 1 breeder, but most are in Russia, Armenia places like that, But I do know there are a few in the USA!
We have a couple guard dogs! But the best dog we've ever owned is the Great Pyrenees. Protects the property, people and the livestock.

Most of the time he's outside, but he does come in from time to time. He's actually not bad until he blowing his coat-then I brush him frequently. My husky is comparable with fur loss. Pros and cons of dog ownership!
