I've long ago learned that bringing people to see anything outside the framework of their little 'apparent-world' is nigh on impossible, when dealing with 'normal' people. I have, over the years, bombarded my family on various topics to no avail. The best source of definitive information covering the broad spectrum I've discovered was Michael Ruppert's Crossing the Rubicon. While it truly does lay out the whole situation - well, most of the critical points of it, anyway - the problem with getting this information out of the book, and into the heads of the sheeple is twofold: most of them don't read, and even the ones who do are not interested in reading a 600+ page book of this nature. They can't conceive that it could contain sufficient information to cause them to completely revise their view of the world; they're programmed to have faith in the precarious illusion they see around them, not in those who report information which undermines this illusion.

So what I'm seeking is this: one or more documentary-type videos of reasonable length that cover the broad spectrum of the oil crisis and its implications, the hidden agenda of the elite, etc., complete with names and specific occurrences, so that it doesn't just seem like some crackpot NWO conspiracy theorism to the programmed naïve. I want material that illustrates that there is a collapse coming in the near future, and which does it effectively, and professionally - and of course, though I think this shouldn't need to be said, but most importantly convincingly. I want to penetrate the thick skulls of my family, and I'm hoping to convert a specific friend who would sit through a documentary, but who isn't a reader, and won't take my word for it, but potentially, I'd like to have a weapon for 'conversion' of people as time goes on. Your help will be appreciated.
