I have a Tactical Harness and I have a Tool Belt. The Tool Belt is more Useful.
Very nice C5 and Mrs. C5. It always seems like you never seem to get enough done so it's good to reflect back and see what you have accomplished. Today I planted wintergreen (good for tea and as a aspirin substitute), and did some canning. I was impressed with myself for those two small preps. So you guys should be very proud of all you've done.

Hey RP. Good to hear from you. What was it you said I should plant to prevent gas from the jerusalem artichokes

Got to like that .
Hey C5, got a question for you.
What did you use to build the dehydrator racks?
I built an electric one a few years ago and tries disposable aluminum cookie sheets with lots of holes poked in them.
The result?
MAJOR FAIL!

Just galvanised garden fence inside a wood frame. I slip a window screen insert in for smaller things like beans or sunflower seeds so they don't fall through the holes. Wash the fence material before use because of chemicals

Thanks...that's what I was thinking, but wanted to check with someone who has done it.
They always have the best advice!
