so i planted some banatka wheat
and winter emmer
these are pre gmo versions that have been grown for many years.
I hope they work well for those with glutton issues
Anyhoo has anyone planted winter wheat before, any pointers?

So far they are growing!
I have not killed them off yet 🙂

I admit, I know little about Wheat.....you need to educate me about this...first how are you growing this in winter, I have not seen even a hint of the sun in 5 days, how could you have planted this in November, and see it growing Dec 15th? a green house? you must be supplementing the light? fill in the blanks please....
