Need some info...Last fall I discoverd that I had a beehive in my garden.
Any suggestions on how to persuade them to relocate?
I really don't want to kill them or destroy the hive unless I have to, but I would like to use that corner of the garden again.

I called the local apiary and if they're honey bees they said they have a guy that will come out, remove the hive and relocate it to one of their boxes.
Hopefully they're honey bees and you've got a local apiary that will come and get them.
