I have a feeling that most preppers don't want to give away their location out of privacy/security. Personally, I think it's absurd, seeing as they're on this website to connect with a prepper community. Yes, it is viewable by the general public, but we don't have to be specific about our location.
I'm in midtown Toronto - north of U of T, south of Eglinton Ave.
I believe it is possible to use a Google Maps plugin to map the general area that we are all located in, and members can input their locations to within a radius of their location that they're comfortable with revealing.
I suggest that this feature be locked to members only, and require an access request from a moderator... similar to the CGN Equipment Exchange forum requiring clearance for access. This way we can limit the people who have access even to our general area/location.
Even generally
is there a board tool that can tell us how big our community is?
just a number, without the need to tell anyone where they are in Ontario?

Some of us put our province in our location description 🙂 .. you can see I am in Ontario
I think threestorm is trying to determine how to estimate our numbers. 🙂
yes
just trying to figure our aprox how many active preppers we have in our Ontario boards from ontario
we should make a new poll about province each one vote for where they come from
Poll is not a bad idea.
Do the mods have access to phpbb statistics mod ?
