I think we've all done some dangerous (and in my case some really dumb) things in our lives....the benefit is we know (now) how dangerous those things were and we realise that we're not invincible! I didn't do it..their loss eh!

Oldschool....Protection of self......you cannot defend yourself properly (or anyone else) if you are injured. You may not be able to forage for food if you are injured. You leave yourself open to attack (seen as a soft target) if you are injured. Get my drift?

Due to the amount of time it takes to get to Australia I would say Hawaii would be your best bet

Not sure if you girls feel the same, but...I've never felt like I fitted in anywhere before (except the military and right here, right now)..you know, like my interests seem to be so "out of kilter" with a lot of other people. For example...we don't watch commercial TV - when people ask "did you see..." and I tell them that we don't watch TV, they look at me like I've sprouted another head!I prep (enough said), I run my dogs in the middle of the night (getting some strange looks from anyone who see's us.. like WTF!) & I wear what I want...only wear suits & heels when I'm working an office job...other than that jeans & Rossi's. Anyway...I gotta go to work...Catcha later.

I wear what I want to. I work at home, never really go anywhere. People usually bug me, I have lots of "friends" but, they annoy me with their ways of thinking. I have an attitude, don't really care what people think about it and have survived so far! Most of my closest friends are likeminded, quirky, dependable people I have met online. 🙂
