Read through the posts....tons from years ago on Eastern Ontario / Ottawa area...is there anyone left still active in the area?.....
I have been at the Prepping ways for many many years....and unfortunately have found myself divorced and with 4 great sons 50 % of the time...changed ALOT of things!....
I have extensive fire, medical and Emergency Planning experience due to past work....and have served in the Canadian Forces as well...I have over the years found myself becoming possessed of some obscure skills....brain tanning deer hides, flint and steel fire starting ( old way...lol)
Anyway, I was just wondering if any of those in the Eastern Ontario / Valley / Kingston / Brockville areas are still on here and active?
I haven;t been here long enough to be able to PM anyone...but feel free to post up ( hopefully)

Yes, we are still active, there will be the yearly meet and greet and seminars in the forest again this summer, I am between Ottawa and montreal but active in the Ottawa group.. Welcome and do come on out to the meet and for that matter with all the awesome things listed, consider taking one of the half hour seminar slots for the Aug 16th Ottawa event..

If there is interest we also meet in spring or late fall for a lunch, a good number of us also connect personally thoughtout the year be it the lunch dates, coffee get togethers or though facebook.. once you meet in person, it makes it easier to figure out if you want to have a closer local friendship 🙂
