Would any of you be interested in writing articles/critiques in a prepper oriented magazine?
We're looking for writers for subjects like:
- Weapons, Tactics and Tools
-Government and Politics (conspiracy theories are welcome)
-Money/Finances
-Home Security and Self Defense
-Food and Water (canning, growing, etc.)
-Animal Related (livestock/pet side of prepping)
-Mother Nature (weather related news)
-Public messages, letters, stories, etc. Hearing your side of things.
-Product reviews for each class.
-Any suggestions and ideas are welcome. We can create an zone for your expertise.
You can be fulltime and the sole writer for each monthly issue or you can submit articles for each issue and we will select the most fitting.
We are also currently seeking people with image editing skills for designing ads and our covers.
Also we are renting advertisement space for businesses, as-well-as ad space on our buy/sell/trade pages. For a very reasonable price.
This is grassroots. We print it all ourselves from home. We plan to stay small, low key, and provide a "local newspaper" style magazine, before and after the collapse happens. This is a magazine made by preppers FOR preppers. Thus why we've come here to let you guys know and ask for your help!

Thank's maxxpower. Your type of enthusiasm is what we're hoping we'll receive from the community. Subscriptions will be available. But if anyone is interested, we're looking to send out several copies of the first issue for free, to get some feed back and advice. If any changes are made to the magazine thanks to the input from these free copies, you can consider yourself to be holding a very rare copy of our first publication! 
Again, we're looking for writers as well as vendors to carry our product. We pay for both, so please help us do our part in contributing to the community. Think about it, the internet is full of information that is free, yet questionable. Here, you get to have a say in what's said and stand behind preparedness minded people. Yes the magazine costs money, but with reader input and hard-working writers, we can compile some very useful information, on a hard copy for your library. Say good bye to the internet if the collapse gets as bad as expected!

As I mentioned, we are looking to send out a free copy of the first issue, that will be sent in the month of May.
With all magazine subscriptions, we ship in an envelope for discretion and OpSec. As well we can ship to any P.O. Box or the like. You will be given the option to select your preferrance on the subscription order forms.
If you'd like to recieve one of the first copies early and provide us feedback (which may be used in the magazine later), please send me a P.M.
Also, who is a moderator on here or has some the necessary contacts? Would IPN be interested in getting some ad/referrance space in the magazine?? I realize this branch does NOT get the coverage and support that the APN gets. Just a thought

Thank you very much, so far we have had an awesome response and hopefully we are successful in reflecting this community thanks to the home-grown submissions, articles and information.
I believe I stated this, but again, we are shooting for June 2nd, 2012. Subscriptions will be available in 6 month and 12 month options. As well, for example if you find yourselves interested 6 months into it, you can back order issues (if available) to be able to connect all the information together and store it in your panic room library! 😛
Also, if things go according to schedual, the subscribers will receive their monthly issues before they are displayed with our vendors. This allows you to go online, to your friends and brag to them! This also helps promote the magazine and encourage others to want to keep up with the times! 🙂
