Hey all...was just putting this post up to see if there are any other people in the Sarnia, Ontario area that are preppers like my self and wife..and see if maybe we can get a net work going for this area and really build up a good support base as well as maybe pass on some skills between each other and really make a good grp for our area in the even times turn and we end up needing each other so as to better our chances...any ways drop a line and maybe we can set up a contact list and even do a coffee meet ing and see how or if we can get this grp rolling..thanks to all...

Hey Mule Skinner..ty for the reply...great to see someone near by and someone also from a place i grew up very near to as well so i know the area preaty good....yea will have to work out a coffee time to sit and chat and hang out and see what we can do to maybe help out each other in tearms of knowledge and items as well maybe...i see ur a leather worker..nice...im gonna start working with leather again its been many years...now it was nothing of great work but still a skill to know ..lol...also im working on making some small litttle pack stoves and gonna try working with some Kydex im hoping to see if i can make some knife cases and other items...as well as maybe try some other cheaper materials...but hey all in time..but yea thanks again for the reply and will figure out some time and and what we can work on...take care....

Some Guys are using PVC to for Kydex type molded products, I have seen some cool knife sheaths and axe or tomahawk covers.
Myself this week gotta make a new batch of soap, one I make is real popular with elders around here with skin problems.
Goona pick up a meat slicer at Canadian Tire to make some Jerky in the dehydrator, but must finish apple pare and strawberry fruit leather tomorrow

Yea seen the PVC ones..gonna try it also but wanna give the other way a shot also just to see what is worth it cause i hear and see the PVC takes a bit more time to make over the Kydec ones...i need to make some knife ones for sure for me and i also have some replica hand guns i use to pratic and training the family with i wanna make a case or 2 for them as well and see how it goes...the dehydrator i use to make jerky is nice and only cost me 20 bucks when i bought it..i still wanna get i sclicer but for now i do all my meat by hand cutting...gotten really good at cut nice thickness peices of meat for jerky doing it by hand....the soap sounds cool..i bought some bear fat and herbs medical ointment from a native gentalmen a little while ago and really like it for my first aid kit...been looking at diff plants to make own just gettting some books together to help on the subject also....the wife has been doing fruit up drying it and bagging it..gotta get me a vac bagger to store it better..been looking for good deals...as money is very tight for u s right now with me losing my job just recently so...was about to buy 2 new back packs for us when that had happened now i got to find other means to make us our bags up for bugging out been skimming the free sites looking to see if peeps are getting rid of stuff that can help us..and i gotta get out soon and tune in my .22 pellet rifle its new and a new scope also....i know im gonna have to take it apart and tune it up some to get it to put out alittle more fps..its not hard rather easy but wanna try it before i tune it in..then im gonna pick up a couple others as well...been trying to get a hunters course for my licence and my non restricted/restricted licene but very hard to get some one thats doing the course....its frustrating me..i had a fac years ago and it all got lost with my wallet and now i have to go threw all this to get a new one so...but what can u do so for now i deal with the guns i have for now...looking to get a cheap bow/crossbow as well what ever comes first...but i do have a new sling shot that im gonna mod up to shoot 32-34" arrows just need a couple things....so far all i have seen on this mod it looks like it work very well...will have to see...lol..but ..well keep in touch and let me know how u make out on ur end with stuff and ill do the same..soon we will have to have that coffee...take it easy...and hope we find more peeps near us to help our grp grow a little more....ttyl..
