As an atheist I have a difficult time believing that anyone has special powers or abilities to do things beyond that of normal, rational, logical people. While I'm confident that you believe that you have 'special' abilities I doubt they are real. Just as I doubt the psychic down the road is real. I don't mean to be disrespectful - just honest. The truth is without evidence then it's a claim. And if its a claim then you need to provide evidence through the best means that has been driving the human race forward. It's called Science and it's the vehicle that we use to determine if something is factual or bat shit crazy. Carl Sagan said it best: "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence". Without evidence to prove it's real then it's just as real as Big Foot and the tooth fairy. That's how we, as a species, differentiate between fantasy and reality. There are plenty more things coming I could say, but its not clear enough to say that it will happen, like a time paradox; if I say you will get hit by a bus tomorrow then you will stay at home and not get hit by a bus, so the event doesn't take place so I cannot foresee it hence its "foggy".

November 17- That wasn't remote viewing, that was something experimental that I haven't been able to duplicate since it was 150% concentration. I got a month and a day but not a year, but its the beginning of the end of times. I can't even say if its right until I can get to the same state again.

The world did end in 1492. Christopher Columbus discovered America and proved the world is not flat. So the flat world we knew for centuries ended, and a new spherical world started.

I'm confident that there are plenty of intelligent people here that could validate or otherwise scientifically asses your demonstration if evidence is provided in a manner that is concise and accurate within the model of the world that logical, rational people could agree with.

Similar to other beliefs, there is no evidence from a scientific point of view to prove anything is in fact real when it comes to remote viewing in my opinion. Predictions of the future (or anything from that matter) rely on things like dreams, feelings, visions and abstract signs...perhaps other things as well, however, I can almost guarantee that they can't be measured in a lab. If and when they become real then the person that made the assertion has re-enforced their own belief or delusional model of the world. When they don't then it's often a foggy and obscure reason as to why. It's not considered a failure. Predictions are often foggy to begin with giving psychics the freedom to shape their predictions around events as they occur. By having an non-specific prediction a psychic can get away with anything.

Using a scientific fact from the past does not make a persons other claims real. The irony is some people still believe the world is flat ( http://www.theflatearthsociety.org ). While there is substantial proof to suggest the world is not flat to believe otherwise would insinuate global conspiracy spanning decades, multiple countries and hundreds of thousands of people across generations. Yet, some people still believe in spite of all the evidence suggesting otherwise. Remote viewing or psychics are no different. Psychics that often believe they have some sort of special ability when first starting out will reinforce that belief and blatantly ignore anything otherwise (wilful blindness). Either that or they're scam artists.

At this point there is more evidence to support that the tooth fairy is real compared to humans with special powers. And without evidence most people (like myself) view such claims as humorous or entertaining more then anything else...
