I am always looking for good water filtration for my bugout bag....came across this

anyone have anything else? Outside the regular ones you find at MEC or such.

how well does UV filtration work?

UV works. LOL... you are dependant on the amount of sun and the turbidity of the water. It will handle organic contamination IE bacteria and virus but will do NOTHING for any chemical load. It will not do anything for taste, smell or sediment.
