I ordered a 40 Oz Klean Kanteen today and I am wondering if anyone has experience with boiling water over a fire with these. I plan to use a fish mouth spreader as a bail and hang it over the fire / coals but I don't want to rule out putting it next to the fire or in some coals. Does anyone have any experience doing this over the long term? Positive and negative comments encouraged!
Also this should serve as my post to retain my account after the spammers did their garbage.
