From my place to go to town there is a little building at the end of a lane from a farm. This little building is so the kids from the farm can stay warm and dry while waiting for the bus.. Some low lives shot the windows out.. Not small caliber either. The holes are rather large.. If They are willing to do this in good times what will bad times make these scum do..

I think the stats suggest that 3% of the population are just a-holes, another 7-10% will behave likewise if there's no fear of the law.
And I honestly perfessor think that number would rise when you factor in alcohol in a pre SHTF society.
Honestly, I think people like this would be the first casualties in a SHTF scenario...
obviously they have more bullets than brains, and that is likely to get them into some serious trouble.
I agree with Denob, I think mother nature has a way of dealing with those things/people. As Darwin would say, Natural Selection would do its thing with people like that. Also, if you see any shells turn them into the cops. I wonder if they could ID it, or at least file it, and if they end up using the same weapons for anything else in the same area and get caught they will have a double wammy charge to haunt them from the past! Karma. Not sure if it is that easy though, but a prepper can dream! Sorry to hear that they did that.
A rather disappointing stat I got form a provincial security manager of a major hardware chain... 85% of customer will steal if they are pretty sure they can succeed. Just remember that both locks and laws are for honest people. Sad but true. 😥
