Hi fellow preppers,
After much deliberation, we have decided to sell our little prepper acreage. Would love to see a fellow prepper buy it as it has great potential.
Specs: Acme/Beiseker area, 2.57 acres, grandfather zoned AG (thinking greenhouses, turkeys, chickens, goats,...previous people bred Angora rabbits), well and town water, bungalow with long sloping south roofline (would be good for solar generation- but also gives great passive solar heat in winter), woodstove, propane tank back up heat, located on pavement but not too close to hwys, mature trees and hedgerows, fenced & cross fenced with planks for horses, older shelter and barn. New septic field and tank. About 1200sft 2 bedroom up (room for 3rd bedroom). 1 bath up and one downstairs. Propane heatable double garage. Bus at door for Acme school, considered to be one of the better rural schools in AB. 45 minutes drive to NE Calgary. Awesome neighbors that farm livestock and grain but closest house is at least 1/2 mile away so lots of privacy too.
We are asking $375k and would consider rent to own with 5% down. Needs some work to be *perfect* but set up right.
