I believe we are very near an economic collapse that will make the dirty 30's look pretty easy to survive. Over 35 years ago a great but simple man who I regard as my unofficial 'foster dad' told me that he felt sorry for people my age. He lived through the dirty 30's but back then people could survive on near no money. His talk included the fact that in this day and age (35 years ago) people NEEDED to have money to live.

I just watched an almost 2 year old video on Youtube made by Nutnfancy with a realistic look at WROL. I don't take it lightly. If you are interested it's a 47 min video and I'd skip the first 5 mins or so to get near the meat and potatoes. The other 40 minutes is quite realistic IMO.

Do I wish this? Not on your life! Do I expect this? I have little doubt. Am I prepared for this? Somewhat but not completely. Like all of you (I hope) preparedness is a work in progress. I hope you enjoy this presentation as much as I have.

Than= I’d rather be rich than poor.
Then= I first became hungry then I ate.
There = She is there now.
Their = They have their things.
They're = They're going to the mall.
To = They came to the house.
Too = That's too bad.

An important topic worth pondering... thanks for posting it. Although I don't have time to watch the full video, I did watch enough to know that I do strongly believe that there will be a collapse of such magnitude that we will be without technology and without rule of law.

I can't imagine how it will all come down, but it's surreal to think of. It's going to be hard enough for those who have made some preparations, I can't imagine what it will be for all those people who have slept through the warning signs.

I intend to watch the full video when I have a chance.
