I purchased a Japanese import. A Delica L300. Was already fixed up and Transport Canada inspected. All imported vehicles must be at least 15 years old and must be TC approved and inspected. Check out Mitsubishi Delica L400 "Spacegear" Very sweet bug out mobile. I wish I could talk my wife into another import!
My importer is Glen at Coombs Country Auto.

one of these vans imported, certified, and tuned/fixed up could run between 10 and 14K. you could import yourself and save lots but is a hassle. these vans only cost maybe $2000 in japan at the auctions. our van cost $12,000. hard to wrap your head around paying this much for a 15 year old car! But where else can you buy a 4x4 4 cyl turbo diesel van that seats 7 people???????? And is easily camperized.
