Secondly, neither of you bothered to check with Garlowin to see if he wanted, needed, or even welcomes your support. Finally, if the thread did fall off the rails and then go silent for three weeks, in what way would you think that adding more off topic noise is helpful? Garlowin and I have decided to take our conversation to the pm domain so not to further aggravate the tender sensibilities of readers interested in RFID chips. I am open to discussing further with both GG21 and AA,A the needs of the prepper community of a serious enema through pm channels as well.
Don't worry overly much about the "douche" comment. I don't have the same hang ups about cleanliness, female genitalia, or hygiene as our religious peers. Further, it's difficult to take offense from someone you don't respect.

I have looked into RFID wallets to some extent and will offer this advice from what I have gleaned. To a certain extent you 'get what you pay for'. That $5.95 Ebay wallet most likely will be of little use in blocking RFID signals. The highest priced wallets most likely have some skin in them, the consumers skin. Just like going through bids for a construction project you throw out the highest and lowest bids and start sifting through the details of the other bids.
Look at the size of the wallet and it's capacity to carry what you usually carry with you. Don't fall for the 'bonus/gimmickry' add on functions that few people will actually use. I wanted to make a smart assed comment about no wallet being a Swiss Army Knife but I'd look like a dumbass. http://www.swissarmy.com/ca/app/product/Travel-Gear/Category/Collections/Lifestyle-Accessories-3-0/Travel-Wallet-with-RFID-Protection/30371821 Always pay attention to shipping charges which can skyrocket the price of what seems reasonable. I'd rather try buying from a Brick and Mortar store if possible based on spending $35 or $40 in a store rather than $20 or $25 on the wallet and $15 on shipping and handling. They can ship dozens or hundreds in containers for far less per unit.
Once you find 2 or 3 options that you like (so far) Google the brand and model of wallet to see what comes up. I don't believe everything I see on Youtube (Thank you Jimmy Kimmel spoofs!) and take any promotional videos with a grain of salt. Look for blogs that might cover the wallet that interests you. If other entries in the blog cover other brands and items with both good and bad reviews, I'll trust that more than a 'Rah Rah Everything!' or 'Everything Sucks!' blog.
If you are lucky enough to have access to a RFID chip reader test your wallet out to see if it is doing it's job.

All of us whom prep understand that we will possibly be subject to having the chip be "turned off" and thus leaving our families in harms way thats a no brainer for sure.
If they can systematically put bills, and agendas into action that further tie into previous bills and laws to strengthen their agenda and remove yet more of the rights of the people, i.e. "THINKING AHEAD" so must we.
Sleeve the cards and deactivate the Apps for GPS. Buy with CASH! When the SHTF either ditch it all ( won't be any good anyway) or deactivate and carry dead weight (up to you) . If there is no produce, food, banks, gas, whatever you will not need the chips and you will already have the cash on hand.
Anyone whom agrees to an administered chip on their person deserves every last thing they get. The info is out there and its been their choice to turn a blind eye.
Keep walking, hide the chip and use cash. Its as good as it gets

While I do not believe that Christianity and morality are mutually exclusive it would appear that others do not agree. While I have no problem with others keeping to their faith I will keep my faith and shall not impose my belief system on others at every possible opportunity. My faith is business between my deity and myself. No one needs to know more details about it unless they inquire at which time I will dispense more about my faith in person or in an appropriate thread dealing with my faith.
In the same mind set, what is in my wallet is my business unless I chose to share that business with another person or institution. I do not like the thought of people peering into my wallet to glean information that I wouldn't offer verbally, hence a wallet that also serves as a Faraday cage. If someone wants/needs to know more about you or your thoughts, they will ask.
I don't appreciate door to door salesmen no matter what they are selling. If I wish to do 'business' I will contact your establishment to inquire about your product.

I think this is a pretty easy post to sum up
By allowing them to chip your person you cannot just faraday it away. Unless your willing to go home and dig it out from under your skin you are wearing it baby. How are you going to deal with that? You can't. We all know what can and will happen when we are all personally chipped (body insert) you have given something up. Its not like you will notice these things right away just like registering the gun. They make it sound just fine as if its needed for security purposes and then they have your info. Where, when, how many and so on. Then they will strip that liberty from you.
I would think that any preparedness minded individual should be leary of losing even 1 inch of freedom or privacy and if you will then,…. you reap what you sow. Thats about as extensive as you will see come from me and scripture but it IS the truth now aint it?
