Has anyone heard anything about upcoming (2017) insentives for installing solar or wind power? There have been hints but no details. I would love to go off grid.

Solar panel installation rebates are about halfway down the page, on the right:

I suspect the intention here isn't to simply cut the cost of solar panels for conusmers, but to get solar panel hooked up to the grid.
