Ok after I posted the signal to noise I disscovered the topic section wasnt cross linked by province. Just using AE for a example, it does not come up when you go to provinces, So as I said a guy needing help with something may not ever get it because his post can get lost in others where it may not be seen again, a big problem I think, and then even if someone right next door needs info or assistance and posts about it in the AE section, and the other person who can help goes into that section that person can still miss the post if its washed out by others.Just me? no one else thinks its a issue?

Then another issue, Ok you got your topic sections but take my resource map by county idea, Coal is sold at The Genesee Power station. A guy in the county of Parkland posts it in AE or resource section. A month later that sections turned over so many times its lost for practicle purposes. It could come up in his home province section (if that was cross linked),where Like me I suspect its the general point of entry for people but same thing, that too can be turned over and the info moved down the line to pages past. Good info is usless if you cant access it, time counts, unless it doesnt for you..and its all about networking and comunication. Now that the profile feature is back on and things can be seen better and that did come back on for everyone right? no one has said, with that feature on that may be a place for another crosslinking of data. That has a section called groups, when I click on that, unless I have missed someone nothing is coming up So whats its being used for? What can it be used for? And I see the email is blank as was said..good and bad...a shame really but I see why though I think there can be a secure work around for that too, that keeps the asshats out, but likely better to leave as is for now....outta time.
