Is there a name for those battery and when I call around they won’t know what am talking about can you describe those batterie so I know what to tell them and you say they are go for solar panel thank you for your time georges

Deep Cycle
or
back up battery

Also for durability you want Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) batteries, or Gel Cell. Long discharge time, and they like being deep cycled.

have you tried 2 volt battery systems? they will give you more current and will last longer, as well as taking a charge easier and quicker than 6 or 12 volt battery bank systems. try surrette battery systems on the net. Good luck btw they are easy on your inverters and wont heat them up as much.

Trojan makes a good Golf Cart rechargeable Battery that are not to expensive But if you happen to know someone who works for Bell or Rogers
or one of the other meager phone Company's you can get a really good deal. You see if they do not use these rechargeable battery in a Yr. they Dump them
These battery's cost around 450$ each I bought mine by Calling the Company and asking if they had any Battery's that they would sell I got 18 brand new
battery's for 80$ each
