I will admit right off the bat that I know nothing about solar power. I've looked at a lot of solar panels and the battery banks that come with them. My question is this: how do you power an item, say a toaster for example, with that power? Do I just plug my toaster in to the solar power or the battery bank? How does that work? I just want to see what else I would need to buy in order to use solar energy.
As another example, to help me clarify things in my head, if I only wanted to power a refrigerator and nothing else, what size panel would that require?
