OK well Im going to initiate another meeting. Seems tough for me because I have been trying to keep it relaxed which is nice and lighthearted and great for generally meeting each other and I like that alot. Seems things like our meetings have been somewhat hit and miss with some show and some unable and that is perfectly fine for sure. We are all so busy many of us micro farmers and the like, we are always busy. Being busy is a good thing but I feel I have been less than aggressive for getting anything concrete done and thats really ok as well for the most part. I dont like to put too much presure on anyone including myself. For ME its because I can get focused and driven too much so thats why I am reaching out to include others.
Now I have met some of you a few times and some of you one time only. Some I have shared a beach and fire with and others only coffee and thats cool right? BUT wouldnt we want to get a flow, a direction, a vision so we can toss around pros and cons of said topics? This is my next goal here with the upcoming meetings so I will warn you now I will be asking you direct questions pertaining to;

The answer to both these questions can be you DONT want help but I think that meeting up and having friendly discussion will open doors that we just cant see yet.
The way I have been approacing this is to keep things private so I have never shared any info with one person about another but I would seriously llike to take this opportunity to say that I have met some (what I would consider ) very good contacts. I would also like to say that through and through I have met the types that I AM LOOKING for to connect with. The attributes of these members include,... Maturity, professionalism, and well rounded experience. So to swing by and say hello to get a few of you together at the same table and let me introduce you to each other might prove helpful. I understand NOT EVERYONE likes to take this approach but I think as things roll forward here on world issues we need to take another step if not for a group setting maybe just for ourselves? So I will say this,... without saying names there are a few that I would introduce to each other. This is from my talking and experience DIRECTLY with you. So essentially you would be trusting my opinion and THAT would maybe stem from your opinion of ME.
As I have said to each and every one of you I do not think that firearms are the top of the list that I feel is important. Of course they have their place in every plan but I also think there is so much more. Like yourselves Im not into sharing MY personal plan unless I feel comfortable with you so getting together for coffee and discussion I feel is the only way to get progress happening even if its on a private individual basis. Some of you have my own personal emaill addy and feel free to do that with any questions you may lilke to foster beforehand. Some contact me here through the PM feature and I would encourage you to do that as well. After sharing some thoughts with another awhile ago its apparent some of us know each other and dont even know it. Some of us have met others and got the same sour taste. So whether its my opinion or yours, I think those members I have sat down with for discussion would make great allies for one another but thats for you to say. What I see from my side is complimenting attributes that could prove well if brought together. Its a small gamble i know but how else do we take a step? How else do you gain confidence? Those whom met me and believe my ideas and intentions are sound I would ask we do this again and then again and again. Im into this.

Like I have said all along. I don't want your personal plans for either staying in or leaving. We are obviously all staying put until we cannot. Our geographical location provides challenges that need to be overcome for leaving the valley or creating a safe haven with known allies. If someone needs help with a greenhouse I'm in. If someone would like to develope a strategy for our location in a time of upheaval Im in for discussion. I'm sure some of us would not like to go far from everything we have worked for, for years and years on end. Maybe a safe neutral location with support in many ways is something you consider or think about? I sure do so I'm generally looking for discussion only with the possibility of things progressing from there. Allot of us have some great ideas and as I mentioned before. I don't think they need be made aware of here on the board. That's all. Hopefully I will see some of you out there for a loose chat.

One of the main objectives I would really like to nail down is a few solid core people that may be in agreement ( if they feel the same ) of a neutral meeting place come hell or high water and we need to evacuate. There are many reasons we would need to do this HOWEVER I believe there are many reasons for us to stay close none the less. There will be pockets of resistance in many areas and those will be the ones looting and taking advantage of others that refuse to leave OR have left and still have a house full of supplies. I personally wont want to be too far at all as there may be many items that are needed but cannot be carried off. I believe there are many good aspects of organization by a group with all the right stuff. Many areas of concern can be discussed when we find the proper avenues and the right people. I have always believed that quality over quantity has been the answer for me so I'm taking this very slow, and I appreciate the same kind of characteristics to work beside on this plan.
So time will tell if I get to where I would like to be and again Im willing to share my complete thoughts but its when you have made me feel of letting my thoughts out that we can find whether you like this sort of plan. So in saying that I have noticed that there seems to be 2 wishes for a group setting. 1; some want a mutual group with all the same outlooks and they are looking for hands to make it happen (sustainable community) OR 2; Some leadership seems to have the master plan and they are looking to fulfill that idea.,...... And then there is ME,.... 3; Someone whom believes they have a great idea with key topics or challenges ahead and I would like to brainstorm the ideas and have the overall plan evolve to meet the needs of the situation at hand. Cant really say more than that and its not like its a secret or anything but really nobody need to know my thoughts unless you have earned my trust. Some of you HAVE and others have not. Its a work in progress so lets see where it goes shall we? Maybe my ideas arnt so sound but i think that the ground covered to discover that will open doors for all of us should we decide to look at them for what they actually may be,.... if that makes any sense to you.

Hello Steady,… To keep it short, The meeting at the park was a no show other than myself LOL I had been contacted by the regulars that for them, it couldn't happen so of course I went anyway looking for new allies. Nobody showed and thats not out of the ordinary. Us preppers seem to have a side that seems pretty obscure so no harm done. Of course its a slow process ( Rome wasn't built in a day ) and to us what more important is QUALITY. Not much negativity gets by and thats the way it SHOULD be and I hope we would all feel the same. Our main focus now is the geographical area itself. There are many good points to ponder as well as negative. Shoot me a PM and I would be happy to converse with you further if you like
