There seems to be a few "communities" up in the Arrow Lakes district of the Kootenays. Where people are either advertising to invite other folks to come and join their land co-ops or similar. Do you know anything about these?

Look under Off grid living in B.C.
Check this one out.....Come help us with our permaculture farm on and off grid land.
It is more south east B.C. than the interior, but gorgeous just the same.

We are thinking of travelling up through there after the 25th of April if weather seems OK. Heavy snow loads and rain in the mountains, creates havoc with slides.

PM me, maybe we can meet up, while in this area. Snow here is going away fast!

I realize this thread is 5 months old but as a Creston Valley person I have to chime in on how great the Valley is.

Just don't spread the word too much!

LOL

We know the feeling about our little Slocan Valley secret getting out, also.
PM me sometime. Creston is not very far away, and has the best Fish and chips in Southern BC
