This is a bit of a cross post since I also posted the link in the Resources forum, but anyway as I promised folks at the preppers meetup last night here is the link to a website with lots of pictures and information about bushcraft and foraging of wild edibles of the Pacific northwest.
The PNW guide covers wild edible plants of British Columbia, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Idaho, the Rocky Mountains and Western Canada. The list only contains "safe" plants - those that are easy to identify and have no deadly poisonous look-alikes. All plant parts described as being edible raw are also edible (and often more palatable) when cooked.
The home page link has information about edibles of all provinces and territories and there is also information about berries, mushrooms, seaweeds and invertebrates, identification of wild animal tracks and also a section on bushcraft and camping on the Gulf Islands.
