Heya,

Any reloaders out there having a tough time finding their favorite powder? Bullets? Anyone who never reloaded before, now looking to reloading?

Just getting into reloading but powder is scarce. Everything else seems reasonably easy to get

I've gotten the 3 powders I want to play with for now. Did you try rustywood in mission?

Yup, Rusty Wood seems to keep their webpage current with the inventory of powders they have. Changes daily. ..... AND its only 11 minutes away from me. Hub, in Abbotsford, has a fair amount of powder but in some cases 10+ bux more a pound. Not much else except primers. I find Wholesale Sports Outfitters has, by far, the most inventory of components. It's all and good when you can go down and pick it up. Shipping is ridiculous on some of the components, like lead.

My next plan is to make some foraging rounds for my 45/70. Basically shot shell emulsified in melted wax and sealed in a standard brass shell. Perfect for grouse or other small game.

I've seen guys on YouTube do the melted wax thing with a shotgun, .410. What'll that do to the rifling?

Apparently nothing, but I'm yet to try it.
