The first course looks a little "Mickey Mouse": the type of course a city person takes to survive one night until SAR finds them. Save your money, read a little, and then practice one-nighters on your own.
The second course (4 days/3 nights) looks a little more in-depth. Their activity list looks ambitious: it will be a busy 4 days IF they cover everything they promise.
It depends what you want and what your present knowledge and experience base is at.
My own learning curve would occur sleeping in an alley in the concrete jungle.
