I love how we can simply laugh at the stupidity of man.... we know we are susceptible to errors such as this, yet we still take no action to prevent the next mishap! Why do the people that shouldn't have access to such powers always succeed in being the ones who are given the privilege of controlling such powers. I can't even imagine the requirements one should have to be the one to turn the key, but surely maturity is one of them!
