It's of interest to me! I haven't seen this one yet. The ones I've seen with Sepp were all in Austrian. I've been interested in Permaculture for a few years. Although my land isn't very sloped and I can't build beautiful terraces like Sepp, I would like to reshape the earthworks into something more interesting than flat lawn and to take advantage of micro climates around the property.
