Yes Made in some northern BC town I've never heard of! This stove is a high tech version of a hobo stove. Which is basically a tin can with holes in the bottom of it. I have used a bush buddy for the past couple of years when out camping and backpacking, and it works very well. The way the air comes into it makes a very nice flame and very hot. But of course it blackens your pots. And it does not work if there's any wind. But it sure makes boiling a pot of water fun!

Wookie,
to use it in the wind, get a wind shielding device. Cheapest is some thin venting pipe. Go by a construction site and you will see some laying around
