Mountain Rose Herbs - great quality and content. I've ordered herbs from them too - had great service and was very pleased.

Right click and save if you want it for later.

Great find...I hadn't realized they had a new version...
An interesting point...
The basic 4 has now been replaced with the basic 7
Grains (no longer just wheat)
Legumes (new)
Honey or sugar
Salt
Water (new, but probably considered to be obvious)
Cooking oil (new)
Powdered milk

Additional items such as dried fruit and veggies, among other things is listed right beside the basic 7.
This basic food plan makes a bit more sense that the old Basic 4.

No digital copies on that site.

Click on either book - I downloaded the red one - it will open the book and you can save it from there.
