An interesting point...
The basic 4 has now been replaced with the basic 7
Grains (no longer just wheat)
Legumes (new)
Honey or sugar
Salt
Water (new, but probably considered to be obvious)
Cooking oil (new)
Powdered milk
Additional items such as dried fruit and veggies, among other things is listed right beside the basic 7.
This basic food plan makes a bit more sense that the old Basic 4.
