Government mandatory emissions test for all small engines
This will include:
emergency generators
chain saw
lawn mowers
2 stroke 4 stroke
You can be ticketed for using any of these without an e test sticker not on any of the above
snowblowers exempted untill November 1st 2016
underwater is safer than land
