Topic starter

I know that this topic won't interest dedicated meat eaters (and Freelee and Durianrider say some awful things about animal based products), but it's probably not a bad idea to at least explore the idea of a low fat raw vegan lifestyle if meat/animal byproducts & fish become excessively priced or unavailable. Apart from eating lots of fresh fruit this lifestyle also recommends several grains (including rice) and steamed vegetables. I've attached a link for the video's that Durianrider has put out

Forks over knives promote basically the same thing.
Plant-based foods and no oils. No dairy.

We were able to borrow the movie from our local library.

Food will get you through times with no money, but money will not get you through times with no food.
