I know that this topic won't interest dedicated meat eaters (and Freelee and Durianrider say some awful things about animal based products), but it's probably not a bad idea to at least explore the idea of a low fat raw vegan lifestyle if meat/animal byproducts & fish become excessively priced or unavailable. Apart from eating lots of fresh fruit this lifestyle also recommends several grains (including rice) and steamed vegetables. I've attached a link for the video's that Durianrider has put out
