I agree that constantly learning something new is probably the best idea

For sure, baking bread was a big deal before no?
Now you're "that was really easy, what's the big deal?" Gives you confidence and you move on to something else that will become no big deal.

Sure was, seems so simple after actually doing it... oh and the smell is great when its baking... this may be off topic but after reading about yeast i stumbled on using it for home made beer, wine etc... and guess whats now brewing in the basement.... I may not continue making home made beer but it is just one more thing I am learning about.

Then again I like beer so this is a skill that I think will come in very handy:P
