That area is full of students, almost every fall when school starts the same crap happens (usually only a couch burning), a bunch of drunk dumbass kids, first time away from home, underage and too young to go to a bar. I grew up blocks from there, its a shame that so many act like that. I even have a friend who lives on that street luckily far enough up to avoid the worst of it, he couldnt believe the amount of kids drunk and wondering around. I sure hope they took alot of video, if it were me, each and everyone that could be identified would be in the slammer, thrown out of school and fined huge amounts. Its disgusting to see and gives the college and London a bad name.
