A Preppers Poem, by gracefromspace
There once was a prepper called Grace
Who had stockpiles of food and supplies
For a day that might come in the future
To prevent her untimely demise
Non-preppers thought she was crazy
With her boxes of soup, rice, and beans
How silly they thought, now look what she’s bought
She’s even got toothpaste it seems!
So over a cup of latté
At the latest and coolest cafés
The non-preppers sat laughing and joking
About Grace and her prepping ways
She believes we are heading for doom!
Giggled one N-P to her friend
To imagine our perfect lifestyles
Might come to a bitter end!!
But then as they sat there sipping
And nibbling upon a la carte
There came a terrible tremor
That struck fear into their hearts!
The fine dining and tables went flying
The ground yawned and moaned so loud
There was panic and screaming
The floor hit the ceiling
Ensued an hysterical crowd!
The while Grace was at home
Still prepping and checking her stuff
She ticked off her list, with a last flick of the wrist
And said, “I think... I might have enough”!

Nice! Thanks!
If your home library contains more volumes about survival-related topics than your local public library, you might be a prepper.
Delightful! 🙂
