Raised in alberta with Hutterites local and interaction with them, very good neighbours to have indeed, my goose down blankets are all made by them and bought and shipped to Ontario, same with a number of my farm work dress's.. there are Mennonites in Ontario, find them very different from the hutterites. or at least the one's I have meet are.

Alot of mennonite communites in Southwestern Ontario especially in the Aylmer, Longpoint area. They keep to themselves mostly but do need to barter and sell stuff from time to time.

Here the Hutterites sell their goods at the farmers market & at an empty parking lot, they have business cards and will bring what order into where you live. I work for Mennenites, they are much different than Hutterites.

Yup, Alymer has a lot of Amish. They use horses and buggys, etc...
Some have roadside fruit/vegetable stands. They make and sell fantastic furniture at a store they run called the Woodpecker. They do go to the Alymer sales area to buy and sell. Other than that, don't expect them to interact with you.

Also, I believe there is a reasonable sized community in St. Jacobs/Kitchener/Waterloo area. There's some Mennonites in Niagara, esp. Niagara on the Lake, but they're not horse-and-buggy types, they use some modern conveniences, some dress plainly.
