❓ Have others noted any out of the ordinary behaviour changes (subtle or otherwise) in their pets or farm animals over the last month in particular, aside from the usual normal seasonal and habit changes - by this I mean globally, not necessarily just in NZ or specific regions. As they are very in tune with their surroundings and extrememly sensitive to change, impending natural disasters, etc, I always keep a general close watch on both my domestic pets and the farm animals around me for signs. They are never wrong when it comes to feeling coming earthquakes, severe storms etc, often as much as hours or days in advance. My two very active German Shepherds will give a different "something is wrong" alert bark and then sit very quietly, looking in the direction of what they feel, sniffing the air. One of my cats who I have had for 6 years now has always been a great hunter, prefering to stay outside and find her own food in the bush or on the farm. She rarely came inside the house...until 2 weeks ago. Now she only wants to stay very close to us at all times. I would be interested to know if others have seen changes in their animals also.

Not that I have noticed...what part of Oz are you in though as it may be more central to where you are?!?

Haha I didn't look closely at the flag...you aren't in Oz 😆
I'll be interested if others respond with similar as yes animals are very sensitive....like when your dogs just know when you are going away and stick close to you like a shadow!

Lol.. no not in Oz Cares, but there isn't much separating us apart from a couple of flag stars and a ditch of water, lol. Perhaps I notice the animals reactions and even very minor changes in their routines more so because I am with them all day. I's just a sense of somethings not quite right, not necessarily just local or NZ.
