In response to some comments, there will be significant changes coming soon. Over the next while, I will be organizing the forum to better reflect posts and their topics. This will mean that posts will be split, merged, and moved to other topics to better reflect their content. Also, a new topic structure for the Canadian forum will be built and posts will then be moved into their new homes.

Ya, I find that most threads should be under the "general Canadian topics" end up buried in provincial threads... then you have 10 threads all going on about general topics, not ones that are regionally specific. It takes a lot longer to find information and share ideas as you have to go to each provincial thread.
Maybe the problem isn't with the structure; maybe people don't realize that the topics they introduce would be interesting to everyone?
