I'm surprised that this hasn't been mentioned yet during the day while I was at work... Maybe I missed it elsewhere;
It appears that all those rumours about increased cyber-attacks from China against the West may actually be true and not xenophobic fear-mongering.
What is really interesting as preppers is the part about attacks against utilities and power grids. Not pseudo-science by any stretch of the imagination.

That is why Conspiracy Theory topics have their place because it is on Conspiracy Theory until it hits the Lame Stream media, then it is news!
Or when a major whistle blower, actually gets the message out or across to the internet and reliable new sources.
Cyber attacks have been happening for decades. The government/military have special cyber defense divisions that have been operating for over 10 years. The reason you don't hear about it is because you don't want the vulnerabilities to get out into public or you will be a bigger target.
