When an event like this happens...its tough not to get angry or upset that this actually occurred. 9 people in a Church probably really happy and in the most peaceful state one can be which is the norm of a place of worship...changes in a heart beat as one person rips it all away....

I dont want to get into the typical arguments of free speech, gun rights, etc. but this event does tie into what we do as preppers....and what we can be doing as citizens.

-We are statistically more likely to be affected by domestic home grown terrorists than foreign.
-Often there are hints a person is planning to do something beforehand....rants on social media, odd purchases, drastic changes in behaviour at work or even in there social settings...

My two cents: If you see something...report it. Facebook, on the street...wherever. Better to be safe than sorry.
