I'm not sure if I spelled that correctly.

Anyhoo, interesting article here;

http://survivalcache.com/shtf-vs-teotwawki/

It made me think about my preps and my BoB/BoV gear. I'm going to have to go back an re-evaluate some assumptions I think. Especially about the timelines.

Food for thought.

Dangphool,

I read the article and am in full agreement (and am happy not to live in Houston 😉 ). I'm prepping for the most likely first and extending the work from there.
It was good to meet you.

Excellent article! Identifying the severity of a situation without access to outside information is extremely difficult. I've never known exactly how to keep some of our prepping covert when you are in the midst of an event. Part of the problem for our family is that we haven't been in the midst of anything that has lasted longer than 24 hours in about 15 years or so. As much as I think that we'd be able to recognize TEOTWAWKI, the reality is that we probably would waste too much time and too many resources while trying to weigh our options. We are definitely rusty and out of practice.
