Was in Toronto on the weekend helping my brother out.....this is what he had in his front yard from the wind storm....this was just the one that fell on his house...

There was a larger tree that fell and took out a transformer leaving the entire area without power. There neighborhood was without power for 3 days.

Funny enough, one of his neighbours is a "prepper." When the power went out, that neighbour was the only house on the street with lights on, tv running, bbq humming like nothing had changed.....that example speaks volumes and sits in the minds of everyone who for 2 days had to sit in the dark. People were talking about buying generators and supplies so they arn't caught with there pants down next time...
