Apparently it has been cheaper to outsource all of our prescription drug manufacturing to China so that we either get the product totally complete there or some components. They aren't shipping and we don't have the capacity to create our own. Hence...shortages.

This has been underway for years. It's been going to China and India. And it won't be back. Way cheaper to produce drug components offshore compared to NA.

Will be hard but hopefully we do see meds.... come back to North America production. Never underestimate lawsuits as a motivator! After this snot show, no one can claim to be surprised by any Chinese shortage.
