forging knifes. Start at 160 and up. Yes not cheap but if knife breaks odds are a free replacement. Depending on how you fucked it up. Do to some people use knives in ways you shouldn't.

Lot of hrs in them helicopter. As my gf says I'm a perfectionist. Same as when I built houses. But slowly getting better at not being so picky. Like clevers they like that look so stopped making them way I liked them. They like that look so I do it that way now. They start at 100 and up. I try and understand what they want it for. Then I decided what strength of metal to use. Working on one knife for a guy. Custom wants 100 folds In it. But on custom stuff half up front. Average time for a knife is 8 hrs. Before handle. I swear the handle takes me to 16 hrs if not more. Super picky on handle. Has to feel right in my hands and 2 others. If not keep at it. But reason I do most stuff myself. Bought stuff and didn't last worth shit for the price. Sometimes just a flaw in there design. I always do my research on stuff and try to make better.

Nice knives term0shad. You're very talented.

None you improvise, one (or more) is luxury.

Well in a few months will be moving to Ontario over by Kirkland lake area. So looking at barter deals in area. Should be there at end of April. Then to get house up before it gets too cold. Now time to down size a bit and get everything ready for the move. Will post pics as we go.
