Welcome Drew:
I started my military service years ago in Edmonton and have spent quite a bit of time around there and Wainwright. It is great country but as you are aware the winters are brutal, which can be a blessing and a hindrance when it comes to prepping.
I hope that you enjoy the site and I am sure that you will pick up some great info.
Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.

Welcome Drew:
Unlike Captain Ahab, I started my military career in Calgary. But I ended here in Edmonton. Like Captain Ahab, I think you'll enjoy this site. Good people here with lots of knowledge. Stick around.

Hey there,
Welcome to the forum, live, learn, share here, its all good. I spent a lot of time in Alberta in a trench myself, Edmonton shure enough looks warm in the middle of Winter, through the binos out of a Trench.

Good luck there are a whole bunch of Preppers in Alberta you should feel at home.
