Hello fellow Canadians.

I'm from Toronto and have only started prepping this year. It started out as just some extra food storage because (as anyone who lives here will tell you) we get a lot of power outages and blackouts. Its grown into a way of life when I started paying more attention to how much money I wasted on nonsense and how much food price has grown in the last few years. Not to mention all the stuff you see and read about.

I'm doing this on my own. I'm single and my siblings/friends think this is something only crazy people do, cause "stores are always open". So I'm glad to learn anything and everything from you guys...
